    Description

Apollo 11 matted and framed photograph entitled "Coming Home" signed by Michael Collins, pilot of the command module Columbia.  Photo depicts the Columbia returning
    to earth
    on
    July 20,1969
after the Eagle LM brought astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong back to Columbia from the moon's surface.  Included in the frame are a replica of the plaque left on the moon with the same inscription,
    a 3" replica Apollo 11 crew patch and a commemorative Apollo 11 medal.  The black frame measures 29 1/4" W x 22 1/4" H x 1" D.
As can be seen in the photo of Michael Collins signing it, the photo is one half of a larger photo that was divided with the other half being the Eagle LEM (signed by Buzz Aldrin).  That photo, similarly framed has already been sold.
I'm selling these items for a retired aviator/astronaut collector who is thinning his collection.  Having faithfully served and caddied for his father (Chief Engineer for Apollo), astronauts and high levels of administration and command at NASA, the Navy, the PGA. etc., his collection is extensive.
