Vtg Monmouth Western Stoneware Ribbed Art Pottery Vase Green Bottle Liquor Ring

Item comes from an estate, and it is unmarked.  Please review the pictures closely - multiple ID's point to Zanesville or Monmouth.  Other sources display an IL liquor tag   It measures approx 6.75 inches tall x 1.5 inch opening on the top x 3.25 inches on the bottom.  There are no chips or cracks, but there is a scuff to the finish with a scrape/scratch.  There is writing on the very bottom of the vase.  It may require additional cleaning upon arrival.
