From a prominent high end Estate Sale in Rockford, Illinois found this marvelous Capodimonte Ceramic Planter. Hand painted raised design of Fauns, a Sea Serpent, Nude Women and Cherubs in Sea. Gold Rimmed, with factory hole in center. So much going on and very well done with great detail and color. Bottom is marked 722 Italy ARS.
Size: 6 1/4" high x 6 1/2" wide. Weighs 2 lbs.
Near Mint condition. Invisible restoration to a rim fleabite. No hairlines, no glaze crazing.
