Description

Repair kit for DELTA DPS-146EP board used in Vizio E480i-B2 and Vizio M492i-B2 LED TV models.
This kit was designed to replace the 4 most common parts that fail on the DELTA DPS-146EP board.
Kit includes brand new replacement components for IC901, D950B, ZD909 and R915
Diagnosis:
If you need this repair kit your TV will be completely dead even though the main fuse is in good condition and Visual inspection may show damage to IC901 (standby power driver IC) and may show burning, cracking or other physical damage to IC901. You may also read a short over diode D950B with your test meter.
***PLEASE NOTE***
If you do not read a short over D950B and your TV has standby power then you may need additional parts not included in this kit in order to repair your board.

No instructions are included. Soldering equipment and some soldering skills required
You must be able to read component markings on your board to identify the components and take note of the correct orientation of the original parts on your board to install them correctly.
The technician installing the parts.is responsible for diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct parts and installing the parts correctly. Installation of parts will require soldering equipment and soldering skills and the ability to read the markings on your power supply board to locate the correct components to repair and install them correctly.
Improper handling could cause further damage to your board.
