  • Condition: This recent find comes from Estate of Retired NASA MSFC Engineer that worked on Saturn/Apollo missions including the very first SkyLab mission and ATM LPG. This listing is for a large (8-1/2" x 7-3/4") NASA ORIGINAL ATM LPG PATCH, certificate and two pins. All are in Excellent overall condition for use/age wear. Patch is fairly RARE and would have only been available to members of the ATM Test Team. Patch has glue residue (from attaching ends of border trim) on back side that has darkened from age. Certificate has minor crease on top left corner and fraying on right left corner (see pictures 1 and 2)), but would frame nicely. Pins are in great shape with some aging to the backside of the "Skylab We Make It HAPPEN!" Please see all Pictures...

    Description

    This recent find comes from Estate of Retired NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Aerospace Engineer that worked on Saturn/Apollo Missions including all SKYLABS specifically on the Apollo telescope mount at beginning. Listing is for a 1970's Vintage LOT of 4 Original NASA ATM LPG SKYLAB items. This Test Team Patch was designed by a General Electric employee for the Launch Preparation Group (LPG) and would have only been given to members of the ATM Test Team. Approximate measurements for each are below:
