German cloth doll, face is made of some sort of light weight composite material and hand painted. Stands 10” tall, has basket with duck/goose, shoes and socks are removable. The dress is in rough shape, lots of tears, due to the age of materials and improper preservation. The doll body and face are in good shape for the age except for her left hand which has a loose stitch.
This is a German girl who feeds the geese. From the lower Franconia region, Würzburg in Germany.
