Interesting invention that’s for sure. With a cool industrial look to it. The cord is cut, so Its untested. It doesn’t have the key. But it’s unlocked, which is good. Looks to me like it takes quarters. It’s in used condition. The glass on the dial is missing. And not sure if it’s missing other parts. Also, it has rust, wear, paint loss and scratches.
