Vintage Capodimonte Dipinto A Mano Stella Doves vase ashtray hand painted birds

Description

This is an unusual piece of porcelain, that is marked "Capodimonte Dipinto A Mano Stella".  It has the mark of a crown with an "N" under it.  It is hand painted white with very little pink highlights and glitter!!
I am not sure if this was an ashtray, a vase of some kind? a bowl?  Features two doves sitting on the edg
e of a ?? bowl? there are two spots for cigarettes?? I am guessing...the two flowers have faux (?) diamond rhinestones in them.
It measures 3 1/2" high, 6 1/4" across and about 3" deep.
