Vintage 14" Lady in style of Baronne Belling Doll, All Original Exotic Costume

a vintage all original 14” cloth doll in colorful costume - she is reclining on a fur rug with two pillows at her back.  I do not know maker, only that she resembles the dolls made by artist Baronne Belling - any identifying info is appreciated and will be added.   Exotic costume includes red & white harem pants, multiple color blouse with fur trim at wrists and neck, also a gold chiffon turban having gold metallic trim.  I believe the face is silk over molded cloth, hand painted features including beauty mark and rosy cheeks..  Note real "fur" eye lashes - black hair styled in long braids.   Hands are stitch outlined with separate thumbs, and painted nails, she has a molded bosom, stub like feet with gold slippers.
CONDITION
: Generally very good condition with some minor wear - turban ends loosened and I re-wound and secured with pins.  The fur trim detached somewhat and needs re-sewing back in place.  She has good color.   Clothing is sewn on, therefore unable to examine for identifying marks, if any.
