    The Vogt TWIST EXERCISER Trim and Twist Vintage 1967 Aqua Marbled Exerciser  My mother used this and lived to be 97! Just sayin'! The picture on the back shows various ways and positions it can be used. I did not get to aggressive cleaning the twister because I didn't want to ruin the paper directions. It is clean however. There is a faint adhesive tape mark on it from a former price tag as shown in my pictures.
