Siemens/Signia/Rexton/MiracleEar Hearing Aid M Sport Lock Retention String - 4pk. Condition is "New".
Retention strings for M-level hearing aid receivers only. On the receiver (the little silver box upon which this attaches) there will be a number and a letter (Ex. 2S, 2M, 2P). The number refers to the wire left, the letter refers to the output of the receiver. These will ONLY fit on the receivers with an M marking on it. If the letter is anything other than an M, then these are not for you.
