This VINTAGE NASA APOLLO 11 LEM 5 1969 LAPEL PIN / TIE TACK / HAT PIN is an Extremely Rare Detailed Historic NASA APOLLO 11 SPACE PROGRAM Reference Item!  This ITEM is in VERY GOOD ORIGINAL PRE-OWNED USED CONDITION.
This is a rare  pin that was presented to Grumman employees who worked on the Apollo landers.
