1- Insert blue handle into the tray breath hole. This will help you dip the tray into hot water without burning your finger tips.
2- Submerge the tray into hot water about 170-180 degrees F (DO NOT USE BOILING WATER - IT WILL MELT THE TRAYS)
3- Keep the trays in hot water for 15-25 seconds. Shake of the excess water and insert the tray into your mouth.
Adjust the tray to a comfortable position. Use your fingers, bite down gently, and suck the air around the tray.
This will help mold the tray to your mouth.
If the tray gets cold before you have a good mold, you can repeat step 2-3.
Once you are done molding the tray, dip it in cold water.
You can now remove the blue handle.
