The Phonak PilotOne controls volume adjustments and allows  the user to  toggle between programs as set by their hearing care professional. The remote control adds a very straight forward method of handling the hearing devices. If you find pressing the buttons on your hearing aids a bit tricky this is the ideal solution.
Compatibility for PilotOne includes Phonak Ambra, Solana,Cassia, Audeo S Smart, Naida S, Naida S CRT and petite models in the same that have a telecoil. Also Phonak Virto Q, Audeo Q and Bolero Q.  PilotOne works with the Phonak Spice and Phonak Quest range of hearing instruments.
PilotOne does not work with all hearing aids in the Phonak range.
This is NOT compatible with the Venture series introduced in 2015 or the Belong.  There is a difference between this item-the PilotOne and the PilotOne II which is used for different aids.  Their outward appearance is essentially the same, however, so please be sure this remote will work with your aids
by checking with your local hearing professional if unsure.
Important Note:  This item is in perfect working condition but the Phonak PilotOne will need to be paired to your Phonak hearing aids in order for it  to work. You will need to arrange for this locally with a service provider (you may be charged a fee for this service or it may be complimentary).
