Pair - Vintage Project Apollo Capsule Mug NASA White Sands Missile Range New Mexico. Condition is "Used".
Two Original Vintage Authentic PROJECT APOLLO CAPSULE MUGS from the late 60s!
Ive seen other Project Apollo mugs from John F Kennedy Space Center, Florida... but none from White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.
Featuring name inscriptions "Dora" and "Bill" written in gold paint on each mug
Measures 3 1/2" high x 5 1/2" across and is in EXCELLENT Condition. Take a look at the pics! No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs done on either mug. And small defect on the dmDora mug on inner rim about the size of a ball point pen tip, may just be a flaw during glazing, barely noticeable, but wanted to mention. Last image shows it on inner rim of cup. If you cant spot it look near the bottom of the USA on the background cup.
The smudge on the capsule door in picture #7, right hand cup was just a smudge and came off. So pleaee ignore, it isnt a flaw in the glazing.
