Neptune Meter Co. - Trident Water Meter FE 1432

This meter weighs about 16 lbs.   I bought this for a project and did not end up using it.   When I purchased it I was told it was new.  Please see photos.  I believe this is neutating disc type of water meter.  The outside thread diameter of both in and out sides is 1 1/2" and the inside diameter is 1/2".  This product works, however you could use it as a art object if you so desire.  Please ask additional questions if you have any, prior to purchase.
