An Apollo Saturn 5 F-1 rocket engine thrust chamber oxidizer injector dome assembly, external wrenching 12 point bolt.  Bolt composition is super alloy stainless steel A286.
I was able to find out the original cost of this bolt, which was ,260.00 each in 1969!

X 1 5/8” X 1”-12.  Super strong.  One bolt could easily lift your house.  Unused.
Bolt tip bears a tiny dimple from individual hardness testing.
