In good condition considering its age with some edge wear
The inscription reads, "Reach For Your Dream, Aim High"
Jim Irwin signature appears to be hand-written. I compared this with the same signature on the same picture that sold recently. The two signatures have variations in size, placement and spacing which is very common to everyone's signature. If it's autopen, it should be identical.
