Mediasonic HOMEWORX HW130STB that I bought new last year.  It is a digital converter box which converts Over-The-Air ATSC digital broadcasts to your existing TV set.
Includes the original power wall-wart, remote, audio cable and manual.  Note that the manual has two brown stains on the cover page. What's great about this receiver is the extended program guide so you can see the current and future program line-up for each TV channel, sort of like having a TV Guide at your fingertips. It also scans for channels pretty quickly.
I received many channels using this box, over a hundred in total, using a high gain antenna and a preamplifier.  However, reception will vary greatly depending on your location so please consult the Internet for TV channels and reception in your area.
