Marcrest Swiss Chalet Alpine Dinnerware; Platters, Bowls, Serving/Individual

Description

Mid-century Swiss Alpine dinnerware made by the Stetson China Pottery Company.   Retro pattern with light blue flowers and olive green and dark blue leaves with a turquoise blue trim around the rim. Distributed by the Marcrest Company in the 1950s through grocery stores and gas stations.
The bottom is marked with the Thunderbird and says Hand Decorated Made in America Oven Proof Detergent Proof Underglazed.

Large Oval Platter -  14" x 10 1/2"
Large Round Platter -  11 5/8"
Large Round Serving Bowl -  10 1/8" x 2 1/4" deep
Medium Round Serving Bowl -  8 7/8" x 2" deep
Covered Round Serving/Casserole Bowl - 8 1/2" x 5" deep (with lid) - some discoloration from use.
Covered Butter Dish - excellent condition
Salt & Pepper Shakers - w/Original plugs
Creamer & Sugar Bowl -  *Note the lid to the sugar bowl is severely cracked, looks to have been glued.  Please see photos.
Gravy Boat w/Plate - excellent condition
Salad Plates - 7 1/2"
Dessert/Bread Plates - 6 1/4"
Cereal/Soup Bowls - 6 3/4" - shows some signs of being used for years.
Fruit/Dessert Bowls - 5 1/4"
Cups - Please see photos, interior crazing does have coffee stains from use.
