This is a new, opened box item. It is missing instructions. All other pieces appear brand new. The outer box is a bit dinged up and has areas where stickers have been removed. It includes hose for filling, mounting hardware and chain, carbonara, 2 wrist/hand wraps and of course, the bag. This is adjustable in weight and firmness depending on the amount of water and air you have in bag. I posted a few stock pics in the photo section and some information below about the product.
