Ginori Capodimonte Style Hand Painted Frolicking Ladies Demitasse Pot C1830-1890
19th century porcelain demitasse pot with figural spout, entwined handle, and pear finial. Decorated in the Capodimonte style with relief molded and hand painted ladies frolicking by a pool of water with trees in the background. Has cherubs on either side of the finial on the lid. Gold scallops along the rim and gold highlights to the spout. Marked on the bottom with an underglaze blue crown N mark used by Ginori between 1830 and 1890.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 6 7/8 inches tall.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
