    Description

    Ginori Capodimonte Style Hand Painted Double Handle Chocolate Cup & Saucer
    Nice 19th century entwined double handle chocolate cup and saucer. Decorated in the Capodimonte style with relief molded and hand painted figures , a dog, and trees. The saucer is decorated with floral swags and scrollwork shells in bright colors. Gold scalloped gilding along the edge. Marked with a blue underglaze crown N marked used by Ginori between 1830 and 1890.
    Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    The cup measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide from handle to handle x 3 inches tall.
    The saucer measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
