For The Gen 3 Tankless Unit only.  Replacement for the Gray Plastic version.
If you are replacing the gray plastic flowmeter, you must also replace the Gen 3 wiring harness (MM21065) and upgrade the controller with MistAway.
After ordering this item, we will contact MistAway on your behalf and arrainge for you to ship YOUR controller to them for the upgrade.   They will return the controller to you - generally within 72 hours.
