This frame sync comes from a working environment, and bears some signs wear from its time in use. The studio it came from has no use for it any longer. The last time it was put in storage it functioned correctly, or it would have been written up on a maintenance ticket. I have ran through some options in the menu and checked all the buttons. Everything seems to function correctly.
HOWEVER! I have no real means to test this item.
