DRESSER ROOTS 3M175 FLANGED ROTARY GAS METER (untested).

I found this at a Goodwill warehouse and unfortunately I do not claim to be an expert on this and all of the information provided has been gathered from the actual item and or from other eBay post so please review pictures carefully, zoom in on pictures and judge for yourself.
In my opinion it appears to be in very solid physical conditions with no major damages to describe other than the obvious cosmetic damages.
Whether this is a functional item or not there is no way for me to know so it is being sold as for parts or not working.
