I don't know if this would be considered vintage or not.
With it being on all 0's, maybe it is unused, I don't know
I also don't know if this is a water, or gas, meter? It has a small line that runs into it, I don't know if that is/was for wiring to run inside of it, or, gas?
Maybe this type of meter is obsolete these days, maybe they're still installed and used. Maybe this could be a sort of collectors piece, it is in good shape, a couple marks/nicks on the outside, nothing major.
I guess the theme of this description is, I don't know.
