    Description

    Up for auction , an early antique rag doll with a ink face and mitten hands.  The sweet doll is  firmly stuffed with continuous arms and legs  and she has a forced sit. She could be a boy doll as the word " Walt " is penciled on the torso.  She is wearing a grungy faded  blue dress with white pin stripes that has wear  and is to big for her  but  some how fits her personality ! The white pin stripes dont show up well in my photos but they are there in person !  The dress gathers  at the neck and sleeves. The dress goes way past her feet. She has a old repair to her neck and 1 foot , some age stains.  You can see remnants  of a face that looks like it was done in  ink.   This is a very nice old doll that shows wear to be expected. Thanks !!
