    11" x 14" black mat with a 7 1/2" x 9" color photo of Apollo 16 astronaut Charlie Duke.  After flying the Apollo lunar module to the moon's surface Duke collected lunar surface samples for return to Earth.  A cut-signature of Duke along with an embroidered Apollo 16 mission patch is provided.  A clear, lightweight, plastic bag provides a protective cover.
