Manual is in great condition - minor cover wear (discoloration, minor creases - mostly at top and bottom hole punch; crease on top of back cover); however,  inside pages are clean and in excellent condition! -- very minimum age wear.
Five large hole punches, to enable manual to be placed in a 3 to 5 ring binder
-and Two heavy duty staples on cover.
This appears to be a copy from 1969 - very interesting and historic reading!
