Rare Apollo 11 Jim Lovell, Pete Conrad, Gene Cernan, Facsimile Autographed NASA Space Shots Promo sheet.
These are proofs of future trading cards which were going to come out in the early 1990s. They are printed on glossy paper stock with facsimile signatures. Rare, even though not actual autographs which came out later on card stock. This was the preview to those. Still rare.
Here is a detailed history...In the early 90s a company Space Ventures out of Dallas planned to release trading cards for the Apollo 11 mission (and others)  and they sent out these promo sheets to card dealers with the Astronaut's printed (not hand signed) signatures to promote the upcoming sets. They also sent the brochure you see in the photos and you will get that as well. Rare to find them together in a set.
The edges of the sheet have some wear, and the top edge has a slight tear above Pete Conrad's photo. See the photos to see exactly what you are getting. The condition of the sheets as far as color, and no wrinkling is excellent.
