    Description

    Antique Vintage Ethnic Dressed Hungarian Doll
    Very nice condition. The doll has a paper mache hand painted face which has some small cracking on the sides of the neck (photo 7). Some crazing on the face (photo 8). Body is straw stuffed and jointed at arms/legs. Her clothing has no holes, tears, rips or stains. The yellow colored material and the black skirt is like a satin/silky material. The vest feels like wool or felt.  There are 5 tiny beads on the front of her vest (1 is missing) and underneath the beads is a sequence but only 2 of them have the sequence (photo 2 & 9). She has a black felt hat with a tassel. Her hair I believe is mohair. I cannot remove her clothing as they seem to be fastened to her. Her hands are not exposed.
    I find no maker name or tags on her.
    The dress measures a little longer than the doll. The doll measures 11" tall. The dress hangs about 1 1/2" longer. Weighs 3 ounces (prior to packaging)
