Absolutely charming, 14" long, French manufactured, soft-stuffed, pink satin-like cloth, antique
GOOGLY
👀
child doll with mask face, circa 1915. Wearing all her original clothing which includes a soft blue satin dress and petticoat, charming ruffled bonnet to match tied with a pale blue ribbons and matching blue shorts and shoes with leather soles she dates to the time of Rose O'Neill's similarly constructed Kewpie dolls and was probably intended originally as a new baby gift. She has long blonde threaded hair with center part, an impish smile, cute little molded pug nose, huge side glancing, googly
👀
eyes with high-lights, brows and rosy cheeks. Her
original, gold foil, double-sided tag
is now missing*.
She will make an excellent companion to any of your antique dolls and is in very good condition to excellent with no rips or tears or holes, (faint water mark on side of forehead) no fading or odors as she is from a smoke free home. (loc MTF)
