Coppell TV Repair LLC offers you LG control board 34MA64D / EAX65469603 shown on the picture and used in a number of their LG IPS monitors including, but not limited to 31MU97, 34UM94, 34UM95, 34UC87 and 34UC97S families.
This listing is for a LG original, brand new board that was never used.
The button on top of the joystick control in your monitor may be different from the one shown on this picture. We send the board with the button as it comes from LG, but we know for some models you will need to pull out the new button and move your old one from the defective board.
The listing is for the board, not the button. The button will be sent along as shown as long the boards we receive come with the buttons, which so far they have been.
Common failure symptoms
The most common reason for having the board replaced is a failed / damaged joy-stick control.
If your monitor is not starting and you can still push the button in each direction and inside and feel distinct click then the problem is most likely not the button or the control board, but the main board.
We do offer repair services for the various main boards.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We offer 30 days limited warranty covering parts and labor. If board needs to be returned customer is responsible for return S&H costs and CTVR is responsible for repairing, replacing or refunding the customer, subject to availability and preference.
Return of functional boards is subject to return and restocking fee. We prove board's functionality with a video, so if you intend to return the board make sure to sign it with a Sharpe so you can be sure it will be that same board we show you functional (if it is, of course).
Total withholding amount for returned functional boards is determined by adding the forward shipping cost, the eBay transaction fees and a fee for testing the board prior to slating it for sale again.
Warranty is voided for boards with traces of tampering, damages caused by poor packaging or other physical damages that are not covered by the customer's carrier.
