◄█ Antique 24-Inch cloth "Floozie" style Boudoir Doll (salon doll/sofa doll/flapper/bed doll) featuring very ornate workmanship and attention to detail such as real suede boots, embroidered apron and sleeves (10 or 11 colors of yarn), real wire-wrapped brocade on her bodice, oil-painted cloth face, lace-trimmed petticoat/skirt & bloomers, mohair -- such fantastic attention to detail! These dolls were generally adult-owned and were popular among the affluent during the 1920s into the 1930s. There were usually unmarked (no manufacturer info) which added to their exclusivity and mystery. This doll's
bloomers, bloused sleeves, brocade-adorned bodice, and petticoat point to the styles of the late 19th Century and her "Russian Boots" point to the styles of the early 20th Century. The embroidery on the apron points to European/Eastern European stylings so I would assume this doll was made in Europe and is somewhere between 90 and 120 years old.

No dander, odor or mildew.
Clearly she is missing her original hat/bonnet and the white cloth of her attire has yellowed with age. Her right sleeve has become unsewn and her boots are coming apart as well. Actual item pictured.
