    This recent find comes from Estate of Retired BOEING & NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Aerospace Engineer that worked on the early Saturn/Apollo to Shuttle Missions - NOTE: After retirement previous owner was a Archives/Curator at "THE SPACE and ROCKET CENTER" (SPACE CAMP-Huntsville, AL.) Where he also was able to Obtain a large Collection of Purged Archived items if after notified original donors did not respond
    .  Listing is for an Original & Complete NASA (Specifically created for the NASA Saturn/Apollo Space Team Members) at GEORGE C. MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER ORIGINAL APOLLO 11 LUNAR LANDING COMPLETE CELEBRATION KIT. Celebration Kit includes Apollo 8 Medallion (Flown Metal Coin) attached to Certificate, a 24 page APOLLO 8 MAN AROUND THE MOON Book, a 48 page "IN THIS DECADE..." Mission to the Moon Book and a Program of Events and Date along with an Original (on Rice Paper) Signed by Wernher von Braun (Auto sign) Letter to "Dear Fellow Employee". Memo is dated July 16, 1969 prior to the Apollo 11 Launch. Complete kit is in Excellent overall condition with very minimal age/use wear. Original outer envelope (that would have held all of the items) has been stored folded with the items and has creasing.
    Medallion is approximately 1.5"W x 1.5"H.
