Book is in Very Good condition with some minimal storage wear and bend at bottom right corner and handwritten labels/name on top right of front cover and ends of book edges.     This recent find comes from Estate of Retired BOEING & NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Aerospace Engineer that worked on the early Saturn/Apollo to Shuttle Missions - NOTE: After retirement previous owner was a Archives/Curator at "THE SPACE and ROCKET CENTER" (SPACE CAMP-Huntsville, AL.) Where he also was able to Obtain a large Collection of Purged Archived items if after notified original donors did not re-claim them.  Listing is for a 1969 NASA APOLLO 11 PRELIMINARY SCIENTIFIC REPORT NASA SP-214. Book is in Very Good condition with some minimal storage wear (bottom right corner also has bend). Handwritten Name and S&E Astrionics lab written on them (Part of MSFC).
