1967-1968 NASA Apollo 4-17 Saturn V S-II Stage Contamination Data -- LOX LH2 ScreensFrom the estate of a long-time NASA Apollo, Skylab MPS engineer at NASA Marshall.
The S-II stage was a North American Aviation built stage with five (5) J-2 engines burning Lox and LH2.
Vintage black 3-ring binder contains Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Hydrogen Screen Data and Analysis for the second stage (S-II) of the Saturn V rocket. Specifically:
The binder contains screen contamination analysis for S-II-1 through S-II-13 and screen data for the first nine (9) S-II stages (Apollo 4 through Apollo 17).
Hand-written notes and analysis along with a "Cleanliness Level" computer program output.
2 8" x 10" photographs showing contamination collected in Lox Screen Engine 3 and LH2 Screen Engine 4.
Set of charts on S-II-12 and S-II-13 (Apollo 17 and Skylab 1) contamination found.
Last set of charts are on S-II Tank Post Fabrication Cleaning.
