    Rare, numbered North American Aviation Rocketdyne Division Report R-6484, delivered to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.
    Dated 11 March, 1966, this 73-page report is titled: SATURN QUALITY ASSURANCE SURVEY NO. 4, H-1 Engine H7074 Disassembly and Analysis Report. Stamped with a blue #4 as shown in photo 2.
    Report covers the post-test activities associated with the acceptance hot-firing of H-1 rocket engine H7074 and its electrical and mechanical checkouts required for flight. This includes engine leak and functional tests, engine disassembly, component inspection and installation.
