    Description

1961 Official NASA Marshall MSFC Saturn I Test Team Photograph -- Cool photo!
From the estate of a 46-year rocket engine propulsion engineer who worked Apollo, Skylab and the Shuttle programs at NASA MSFC.
You will receive this 8" x 10.5" black & white glossy photograph of the Marshall Space Flight Center Saturn I Test Engineers and Technicians in Building 4708.
    On the reverse:
The original owner of this photo wrote: "This is the Test Station we used to conduct Pre-Flight Test on Saturns.  Frank Batty - leaning on left console - managed this system.
Marshall Space Flight Center, Building 4708."
It also has pencil writing on the back: M61 2086-5, which indicates this is a Marshall (M) photo processed in 1961.
Most likely the engineers and managers are wearing the ties and the technicians are not.
