Published 1960 by newly formed Hughes Aerospace Group, this book outlines the proposed operations involved in NASA's upcoming Project Surveyor which mapped the lunar surface from 1966-1968.  Surveyor paved the way for all successful manned missions to the moon.
Written for government distribution, this publication explains in layman's terms the nuts and bolts of how Surveyor missions operations were expected to proceed.
A seminal publications for any Project Surveyor library.  Quite difficult to find.
Very good condition, with some sign of prior reading.  No internal writings or markings.  Covers (soft) show sign of prior handling and shelving.  Plastic front protective cover shows slight damage.
